Abstract
背景:口腔微生物群在維持口腔健康中扮演重要角色,但微生物失 衡常導致齲齒與牙周病等疾病。鋅具有抗菌特性,氟則以其預防齲 齒的效果聞名,兩者廣泛應用於口腔護理產品中。然而,目前缺乏 系統性比較鋅牙膏與含氟漱口水對口腔微生物群影響的研究。本研 究目的在評估這兩種產品對菌群結構及致病菌變化的影響,特別是 齲齒與牙周病相關菌的改變。
材料與方法:本研究納入 32 名受試者,隨機分為鋅牙膏組與含氟漱 口水組。在使用前基線(M0)及兩週後(M1)分別採集牙菌斑樣本,並 使用 16S rRNA 基因定序技術分析菌群變化。 研究結果:含鋅牙膏組 Firmicutes 的相對豐度顯著降低(p<0.001), 但同時 Fusobacterium 的相對豐度也顯著增加(p<0.001),可能對牙周 健康產生影響。同時 S. mutans 佔全菌的比例增加,但齲齒相關的 Streptococcus 顯著下降(p<0.001)。含氟漱口水組顯著降低 S. mutans 比例(p<0.01)和牙菌斑重量(p<0.01),顯示穩定的菌群調控效果。

結論:含鋅牙膏在短期內對齲齒相關菌群具有調控效果,但可能破 壞菌群平衡並促進牙周病菌的增長,需引起關注。含氟漱口水在減 少齲齒相關菌與維持菌群穩定方面具有顯著優勢。未來研究應探索 添加精氨酸等輔助策略,以減輕含鋅產品的潛在風險,並評估其長 期效應。
