Abstract
藥師對病人的藥事照護服務是影響病人治療效果的因素之一,目前國內可供藥師參考的自我用藥諮詢指南極需更新並增加實證資訊,為了使病人能獲得更完善的照護,因此本研究希望建構出一套適合國內藥師關於非處方用藥諮詢指南。
流程圖參考了各國關於民眾自我用藥、藥師對民眾藥事照護流程、國內法規、實證等級,制定了10個藥師非處方用藥流程圖,並邀請從業醫療專家,以修正式德菲法專家會議來進行研究。
本研究於2022年5月至6月間,先經由一場專家會議,評析目前輕微疾病在病人資訊的收集、評估、處置建議、非處方用藥選擇上的相關資訊,討論出非處方用藥諮詢指南的範本。接著,由專家會議所得到的結果形成第一輪問卷,針對第一輪問卷未達到共識的項目,修改流程圖再進行第二輪的問卷調查,直到結果趨於一致。經由2次的問卷調查彙整結果,統計分析最後結論,就非處方用藥藥師諮詢的流程圖得到最後的共識。統計以敘述性統計、平均數(mean)、變異係數(CV)評估,本研究以變異係數≦0.5且平均數≧4作為達成研究結果的標準。
本研究結果建構了藥師對 10 種輕微疾病人照護的諮詢圖。利用這些圖表可以實質的應用在臨床教育訓練與研究領域,以促進藥師在自我保健中的專業作用。
