Abstract
本研究運用Wiki系統、推理引擎、知識規則管理等方法建構醫學知識匯集系統(Medical Intelligence Aggregation System,以下簡稱MEDIA System),由醫師團隊透過MEDIA System之協同編輯機制進行醫學知識匯集,而後知識工程師依據其匯集結果進行知識規則管理,透過知識規則管理程式轉成推理規則儲存於知識庫中,提供推理引擎進行知識規則(Rules)與病患病情資料(Facts)推理分析,使醫師制定治療計畫時能參考臨床診療指引資訊;本研究以JSPWiki軟體(JSPWiki,2007)為MEDIA System開發基礎進行建構醫學知識匯集平台,透過MEDIA System協同編輯機制取代專家面談或專家會議等知識累積方式,以此系統進行匯集醫療團隊之醫學知識內容,供知識工程師依據匯集結果內容,進行知識規則管理(新增、編輯、轉換),以推理規則格式儲存於知識庫中提供推理引擎使用;MEDIA System能提供使用者便捷與彈性的操作,以匯集醫學知識內容與建構其知識規則知識庫為目的,結合推理引擎分析提供醫師需要之參考資訊,以此提升健康照護品質、增進醫病關係與減輕醫師工作負擔,以期達到醫學知識充實與交流。
