Abstract
70%至90%的疾病,都是受七情六慾和壓力所導致。對現代人來說,壓力是無所不在的,根據世界衛生組織(WHO)的認定,「心身疾病」的種類有八十多種,而且其主要的肇因多半與心理有關。近年卻愈來愈多的人相信並研究用音樂來治療疾病,本研究希望能運用古代哲學陰陽五行學說的理論和天人合一的觀點,基於中醫的醫療理論,用最經濟、方便、有效的方法對身心有助益,增進生活福祉,達成身、心、靈三者平衡的"全人醫療”(wholistic)。本研究主要目的是:一.探討五行音樂對情緒狀態上的影響。二. 探討五行音樂對經絡的影響。研究方法分量性和質性研究,採問卷、實驗設計法和訪談法;在量性研究方面,以某大學研究學生共三十一人為對象,利用聆聽五行音樂,以貝氏憂鬱量表(BDI-Ⅱ)進行前後測;質性研究方面,以五位個案為對象,在音樂治療前後進行經絡測量和深入訪談,採前測和後測共四次。所得資料以描述性統計、相依樣本T檢定、及無母數統計進行分析;本研究結果顯示,音樂治療前後測對情緒狀態有顯著的差異(P<0.001),經絡的生理能量以自律神經平衡度有顯著的差異(P<0.05);訪談的結果,五位個案在身心狀態上都有改善,表示五行音樂療法對改善憂鬱情緒和生理狀態有正向的幫助。
