2011年至2021年台灣因假期及飲酒造成的機車致命傷害之關係
背景 : 文獻中已確定醉酒駕駛是公共假期期間嚴重或致命傷害的影響因素。檢驗摩托車騎士致命傷害與飲酒和公共假期之間關係的研究相對有限。

方法 : 本回顧性研究將分析 2011-2021 年台灣警察車禍數據。將考慮涉及汽車和摩托車的兩車撞車事故以及單輛摩托車撞車事故中的所有摩托車騎士傷亡情況。主要結果變量將是摩托車的致命傷害和酒精使用。國定假期將分為:工作日、周末六日、春節、元旦、端午節、中秋節、冬至等。以多項邏輯斯回歸探索潛在風險因素與致命傷害和飲酒可能性之間的關聯。分組分析將按假期類型和碰撞時間進行。

預期結果 :
公共假期飲酒現象更為明顯;在農曆新年和中秋等特定假期,摩托車騎士發生致命傷害的風險增加;午夜和清晨時間與飲酒和致命傷害有關。
