Abstract
本研究目標為藉由三維電腦輔助系統探討顳顎關節生物力學特性於咬合板治療前與治療後之差異。本研究納入六位患有顳顎關節軟骨異位病變之患者參與分析,首先取得臨床之電腦斷層掃描與核磁共振影像重建三維之生醫顳顎關節模型,顳顎關節之最大應力數值與發生位置是臨床上醫生認為此病因之關鍵,先前已經有許多有限元素模型已應用於生醫界,但如今缺發對於顳顎關節之研究,藉由此三維電腦輔助分析技術可觀察於治療前與治療後應力分布情形之差異。結果指出於閉口時最大應力發生於治療前之下顎骨與軟骨之接觸區域,於張口時過大之應力落於下顎骨骨節之前區與軟骨之後區,但於手術後各區域之應力值皆有下降之趨勢,此結果顯示咬合板治療對於顳顎關節軟骨異位之患者可帶來益處。
