Abstract
石墨烯因其具有的獨特性質在近年被熱切的討論和應用,製備方法亦不斷被優化而推陳出新。很榮幸能使用由工業技術研究院透過專利製程所合成出的石墨烯(pG)與石墨烯奈米氧化銀(Ag2O-G)進行實驗。論文研究主軸分為二大部份:生物相容性與微生物測試。從細胞毒性分析得到驗證pG的低細胞毒性以及Ag2O-G隨濃度升高而具有相應的細胞毒性增加。在溶血性測試中也得到和細胞毒性測試相似的結果,160 ppm的Ag2O-G即會造成顯著的溶血現象。動物實驗的部分則使用斑馬魚胚胎進行毒性試驗。分析結果pG不影響胚胎發育,反之高濃度Ag2O-G卻會快速造成死亡。在微生物測試則是先評估抑菌性,發現pG不具抑菌性,Ag2O-G卻有顯著的抑菌效果。因此進一步的透過活性過氧化物的產生量和偵測細菌細胞膜去極化來初步了解其抑菌的機制。期待本研究能對石墨烯及其複合物在生物醫學上的發展有所助益。
