Abstract
人類組織修復時會大量形成纖維組織,取代原本受傷的地方。而過度修復會導致組織纖維化、慢性發炎、上皮和內皮細胞受損,纖維母細胞過度增生等現象。過多的膠原蛋白堆積形成大量的纖維組織,嚴重時可能導致衰竭,並提高罹癌風險。

本研究整合現有文獻中與人類組織修復與纖維化相關的各種重要訊號傳遞路徑,建立由Thrombin啟動CTGF基因表現之訊號傳遞路徑模型,並基於質量作用定律、連續假說和充分混和假設,以微分方程式建構出可計算的定量模型,以了解此訊號傳遞路徑之動態反應特性與操作點。

透過研究對於CTGF基因啟動子的調控,我們期望能減緩因組織受損後過度修復所引起的纖維化與組織老化,降低罹癌機率,進而協助預防組織過度纖維化之藥物開發。
