Abstract
癌症治療的進步改善了年輕癌症患者的長期生存。生育能力保存於
生殖功能受到威脅的情況下已成為下一個新興的需要和關注的問
題。放療和化療對性腺功能的影響與治療方法引起的發病率有關。
目前在臨床上常見使用的烷化劑是最可能引起性腺毒性的化療藥
物。持續努力和關注年輕婦女癌症病患,保留生育功能對男女雙方
都非常重要的。隨著90 年代以來,卵巢組織冷凍保存在癌症治療完
成後的後續移植進行的研究進展顯著增加已建議作為替代,以恢復
在化療或放療後卵巢衰竭的年輕婦女的生育。卵巢組織在同系或同
種是可能的,在同系或同種排斥的問題並不清楚。
睪丸精原細胞含具有造精能力的幹細胞,青春期前癌童接受放療和
化療的應用前景為保存及移植睪丸精原幹細胞以恢復生育能力。
生物冷光活體(In vivo bioluminescence imaging)研究系統對於組織或
器官的移植、存活及排斥等非侵入式的觀察具有諸多優點,包含減
少無法在體外模擬的環境變因以及在活體內進行即時而長期的動態
追蹤等。本研究利用基因轉殖冷光小鼠生物影像技術以非侵入的方
式研究,不會影響到細胞或是任何組織器官就能取得體內更令人信
服的定性與定量資料,非一般體外及傳統體內研究方式所能模擬。
