研究背景:近年來由於創新電子醫療保健,增進醫護人員於現今健康照護系統的參與。另一方面,高齡人口由於生理系統的退化與老化,更容易出現疾病,因此需要持續監控生理資訊以維持生理健康。而穿戴式裝置即可以協助管理健康狀況,即早發現生理變化。然而,卻鮮少得知高齡人口對於現今市上之裝置及穿戴式裝置之實際使用之可用度。
研究目的: 因此,本研究之目的為探討高齡者對於穿戴式裝置之可近性與可用性。期望透過系統性文獻回顧進行穿戴式裝置之相關文獻探討及近期發展,並透過文獻中受測者之概況評估,進一步了解穿戴式裝置的效用。問卷調查的目的則為判斷高齡者對於穿戴式裝置之使用頻率與動機。
研究方法: 本研究方法分為系統性文獻回顧及問卷調查兩部份。先以系統性文獻回顧搜尋四個資料庫,分別為PubMed、MDPI、Sage及Scopus,搜尋之字串為“wearable device”及“wearable sensor”。問卷調查則進行於臺北醫學大學開放式課程平台(Massive Open Online Course platform) 簡稱為北醫磨課師(TMU MOOCs)平台。本問卷使用李克特量表,依序由非常同意、同意、普通、不同意、非常不同意之五個選項進行調查,調查內容包含科技、使用目的、安全及隱私考量及消費意願等四大部分。
研究結果: 本研究文獻探討之文章總數為 4915篇,其中共31篇文章符合篩選標準。僅管穿戴式裝置仍有一些缺點,所有文章於裝置評估上皆為正向結果。文獻中大部分受試者皆以男性為主,然而僅有極少的研究納入年長者。問卷調查結果之總收案數為233人,依照年齡大小分為高齡(大於65歲)及非高齡(小於等於65歲)兩群組。問券結果當中僅有極少數的高齡者目前正使用穿戴式裝置,然而大於60%的高齡者有興趣於未來嘗試使用穿戴式裝置,並偏好使用於身心活動方面,此回答之大部分的受訪者為女性。
結論:本研究建議開發高齡者使用之穿戴式裝置時,應著重於生理狀態之早期預防併發症及偵測緊急狀況,可提升高齡者對於穿戴式裝置之使用意願。裝置應著重於測試高齡族群,可同時納入健康與有疾病的受試者,以提高研究之準確度。未來進行穿戴式裝置之相關研究,亦建議規劃較長之臨床受試期間,並應考量受試者年齡與性別之比例均等,使用者與其醫護人員亦皆應對於穿戴式裝置有更多的認知。
