Abstract
社群媒體是一種新興的網路平台讓使用者可以分享、交流想法;與過去傳統大眾傳播媒體相比,社群媒體著重在使用者之間的互動以及使用者自行創作內容,加上專業門檻較低、便利性高,社群媒體讓每人都有機會成為影響者。
社群媒體也逐漸在改變醫療體系的溝通及教育,許多的醫療機構使用社群媒體來傳播新冠病毒的防疫資訊。此外,醫療人員指出社群媒體有助於他們學習臨床技能,並表現對未來應用社群媒體進行專業持續教育的興趣。儘管許多醫療人員對於使用社群媒體進行專業溝通及教育表示正面的態度,但其中很少有醫療人員願意使用社群媒體貢獻知識,因此,本研究旨在探討醫療人員的社群媒體使用情況,並調查會影響醫療人員利用社群媒體進行知識發表意願之因素。
本研究採用非介入性橫斷面研究設計,使用線上問卷調查收集台灣藥師和藥學生的相關資料。該問卷是根據計劃行為理論所發展,包括「態度」、「主觀規範」、「知覺行為控制」三大構面,並增加與醫療人員特質相關的構面,「公民與專業參與」及「領導力」。該問卷調查於 2022 年 4 月 15 日至 29 日透過臉書發放,參與者納入條件為:1.具有國內藥師證書或正在就讀國內藥學系大學部 2.近三個月曾使用臉書 3.年滿20歲 4.有意願並可完成中文填寫線上問卷,再運用描述性統計、結構方程模式來進行資料分析。
本研究共收集592份問卷,其中有效問卷為580份。約 75% 的受訪者年齡在 20~44 歲之間,84.2% 之受訪者藥師執業經驗不足 10 年。有18.3% 的受訪者在過去曾在臉書上發表過藥學相關知識,其中超過一半有知識發表經驗的受訪者,會使用文章和圖片來傳達訊息。病人衛教、臨床藥學、藥學政策、規範和新聞是藥師和藥學生最常分享的主題。 另外,結構方程模式說明態度(Unstd=0.21, S.E.=0.076, p=0.005)、主觀規範(Unstd=0.681, S.E.=0.049, p<0.001)和感知行為控制(Unstd=0.338, S.E.=0.045, p=<0.001)可能正向影響知識發表意願。公民與專業參與(Unstd=0.234, S.E.=0.052, p<0.001)也可能對知識發表意願產生正向的影響。然而,領導力對知識發表意願沒有顯著影響。此外,感知行為控制對有知識發表經驗受訪者的知識發表意願影響比沒有知識發表經驗受訪者更強。
這項研究對於醫療人員利用社群媒體進行知識發表行為提供了新的見解。透過提升醫療人員在社群媒體發表知識正面的態度、增加重要他人對於醫療人員在社群媒體發表知識的肯定、強化醫療人員在社群媒體發表知識的控制與信心及深化醫療人員公民與專業參與的能力,可能正向影響醫療人員在社群媒體上發表知識的意願。這項研究鼓勵醫療人員透過社群媒體貢獻自身醫療專業,一旦醫療人員嘗試分享專業醫療知識並從社交群媒體中獲得成就感,他們將希望利用自己的醫療專業知識做出更多貢獻。
