Abstract
隨著人口高齡化與醫療資源分配挑戰日益嚴峻,台灣政府積極推動「在宅急症照護試辦計畫」(Hospital at Home, 簡稱HaH),期望透過智慧醫療與遠距照護技術,使病患在家中也能享有專業的醫療服務。臺北醫學大學、臺北醫學大學附設醫院於2025年3月8日聯合舉辦「在宅醫療趨勢論壇」,邀集產、官、學齊聚一堂,針對政府推動的HaH計畫展開深入交流,共同探討台灣在宅醫療照護的機會與未來挑戰。
