Abstract
本計畫採用橫斷面研究方法,以問卷調查,hemocue(血紅素濃度測量機)和體重測量探討居住在台北的印尼育齡期女性來台工作者的飲食文化適應性對貧血與貧血相關的精神壓力影響(疲勞和抑鬱症)。 結果:受試者平均年紀為32.51 ± 6.89歲。平均身體質量指數為23.53 (+3.20) kg/m2。 疲勞、抑鬱症和貧血發生率為34.9%, 19.6% and 25.5%。 體重過重及肥胖發生率分別為22.1% 及29 % 。75.3% 印尼育齡期女性經常食用台灣食物。 68.9% 印尼育齡期女性經常使用炒以及蒸煮方式烹調食物。46.2%印尼育齡期女性受試者感覺快樂或是有精力。和沒有疲勞和抑鬱症疾病史的印尼育齡期女性相比較,有疲勞和抑鬱症疾病史的印尼婦女得到疲勞和抑鬱症風險為OR: 5.584 (95% CI: 2.694-11.574) 倍。自覺有較好的飲食習慣者與無差異者相比較, 有疲勞和抑鬱症疾病史的印尼婦女得到疲勞和抑鬱症風險下降86.8% (OR: 0.132 (0.018-0.980)) 。 交互分析顯示: 無疲勞和抑鬱症疾病史的印尼育齡期女性用炸/炒的烹煮方式和蒸煮的方式相比較,得到疲勞的風險為24 (95% CI: 1.989-289.602) 倍。飲食型態分析顯示: 印尼婦女有較高頻率食用傳統台灣式飲食型態(豆類、菇類、海帶類、家禽類、肝臟、內臟類、米、汽水)與較低頻率食用者相比較 (Q1)可降低貧血的發生: Q1 (OR= 1.000 (Ref)), Q2 (OR=0.485 (95% CI: 0.212 - 1.111)), Q3 (OR=0.360 (95% CI: 0.152 - 0.853)),Q4 (OR= 0.273 (0.108 - 0.691)) (P for trend=0.05)。
總結: 飲食適應性對貧血以及精神壓力症狀(疲勞和抑鬱症)有密切關析。在台印尼育齡期女性工作者應該盡量避免食用炸的食物以避免得到疲勞和抑鬱症狀的發生。攝取台灣飲食則可保護貧血的發生。
