本研究目的是中高齡族群之健康行為、健康食品使用與醫療利用相關性探
討,研究對象為參與衛生福利部國民健康署實施之「臺灣地區中老年身心社會生
活狀況長期追蹤調查系列研究」,參與2007 年(第六波)訪談的個案,合計4,534
人。採用SPSS 22.0 統計軟體進行描述性樣本統計分析、卡方檢定、邏輯斯迴歸
分析。
本研究顯示,健康行為部份,在健康危害行為方面,抽菸的人在住院、急診
的比例高於沒有抽菸的人,有喝酒的人在住院、急診、門診的比例高於沒有喝酒
的人。建議政府單位可以多加推廣國人的健康行為概念,減少抽菸、喝酒和嚼檳
榔的習慣,以減少住院、急診、門診的醫療使用。健康促進行為方面,經卡方檢
定分析後,運動和住院、急診、門診的醫療利用有達統計上的顯著差異,P 值小
於0.05,建議政府單位可以推廣運動概念,除了目前推廣的333 運動之外,若能
增加為每天運動,期望能減少住院、急診、門診的醫療使用。
