Abstract
本研究的目的為研究從不同厚度的羥基磷灰石鍍膜(HA)和二氧化鈦(TiO2)表面
處理技術於三維(3D)有限元模型顳顎關節(TMJ)植入物和骨頭之間界面上產生的
應力分析。為了確保植體與骨組織之結合,應力為影響其骨整合速度之重要因素
之一。表面處理應用於植入物是在臨床達到骨整合中一個非常重要的因素,已有
許多顳顎關節之3D 模型研究已被廣泛討論,但幾乎沒有研究表面處理技術應用
於顳顎關節植入物之力學分析。在這項研究中,顳顎關節模型使用電腦輔助分析
法數據重建模型,並在顎運動時探討其應力場之受表面處理厚度之變化,此參數
於顳顎關節植體尚未被廣泛研究。結果顯示最大應力發生在第一螺絲之位置,數
據分析此最大應力於經過二氧化鈦表面處理過後之情況下應力減小非常明顯,此
應力隨層厚度增加而減小。結果證實該表面處理術可增進顳顎關節植入物的力學
性能,並減緩其異常之應力集中現象。
