Abstract
職業性下背疼痛和受傷是相當常見的問題,占所有職業性肌肉骨骼疾患的1/3,消耗的醫療及經濟成本非常高。一旦受傷之後,後續的醫療、工作請假、影響生產力等成本甚大;如果能夠及早偵測到有高受傷風險的工作者,加上有效預防策略進而預防傷害發生,對改善職業性下背受傷的議題是一項有效又有意義的任務。
職業性下背受傷最常發生在搬抬的工作,而不正確的搬抬姿勢是容易造成工作場域下背受傷的重要原因之一。已經有許多研究,藉由人因工學、生物力學讓我們了解容易造成下背受傷的不當搬抬姿勢,但在工作場域有效的直接應用方式仍不足。隨著人工智慧與電腦視覺技術的發展,能夠以攝影機即時擷取人體姿態影像並加以分析及預測,無須在人體上放置任何標記,此技術已經成功應用於健身、遊戲、機器人產業。本計畫想利用姿態估計(pose estimation)的技術,探討是否可以用拍攝到的影片,建構一個可分辨高受傷風險搬抬動作之分類模型,探討其中會遭遇的問題及各分類模型的表現;期望此技術日後可以有效應用在醫療及職場傷害預防。
本計畫預計招募50位健康族群志願者,依正確與不正確(高風險)的搬抬動作指引,抬舉不同大小與重量的箱子。以手機攝影機攝影搬抬物品的影像,在三種不同角度及兩種攝影機高度拍攝,來建立所需的動作影像資料;每個受測者會有36個影片,總共有1800個影片資料;將三種不同角度拍攝的影片區分成三個資料集,每個資料集有600個影片,包含300個正確動作,300個不正確動作。接著透過openpose做影像中人物的姿態評估,分析出人體25個關鍵點訊息;透過程式擷取關鍵點座標進而計算成運動學參數作為特徵,透過七種機器學習模型建構分類高風險動作的模型並探討各種模型的表現。本論文也探究動作影片資料分析時出現的問題及資料前處理的方法,特徵選取的過程與方法。研究結果顯示,三個資料集的模型最佳表現為98%、100%、100%。綜合三個資料集都表現最好者為Neural Net模型。本研究結果顯示要建構搬抬工作,正確與高風險動作的分類模型是可行的;而此技術可繼續推展,日後可應用於實際工作場域做高風險工作者的自動偵測及受傷風險評估。
