Abstract
近年來臺灣罹患發炎性腸道疾病(inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)的發生率逐年上升,顯示出延緩腸炎的進展極為重要。臺灣藜(Chenopodium formosanum, djulis)為高營養價值的臺灣原生穀物,具有抗發炎與調節腸道菌相之作用。康普茶(kombucha)為機能性發酵飲料,同樣具有抗發炎與調節腸道菌相等潛力。故本研究欲探討臺灣藜康普茶(djulis kombucha, DKB)之活性成分及對於腸炎之影響。實驗將C57BL/6小鼠分為5組:B組、C組、LD組(10 mL/kg bw DKB)、MD組(20 mL/kg bw DKB)及HD組(30 mL/kg bw DKB)。除B組外,其餘組別於實驗期第1週給予1.5% dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) 飲用水持續1週並進行兩循環,最後於實驗期第35天犧牲。結果顯示臺灣藜康普茶與先前文獻提到之傳統康普茶相比,含有更豐富的總多酚與總類黃酮含量,且臺灣藜康普茶中含有的有機酸與多酚類具有抗發炎與調節腸道菌相等潛力。在動物實驗中,發現臺灣藜康普茶可以改善DSS所引發之腸炎相關症狀,並具體表現在降低疾病活動指數、改善結腸縮短情形、改善結腸組織病理結構、抑制發炎相關蛋白與發炎相關細胞激素的表現量以及部分調節腸道菌相等多個層面,且推測中劑量(MD組)的整體改善效果最佳。綜上所述,可以得知臺灣藜康普茶具有改善腸道發炎與調節腸道菌相之效益,有潛力作為預防發炎性腸道疾病的功能性飲品。
