Abstract
本研究目的為利用微弧氧化法沈積一含鈣磷之薄膜於純鈦表面,另外,評估此薄膜之表面特徵,包含表面粗糙度,潤濕性,化學成分以及生物相容性。結果顯示,微弧氧化沈積之薄膜由結晶向以及非結晶相組成。結晶相為Anatase與Rutile二氧化鈦;非結晶相成因為鈣以及磷離子存在於薄膜內,此薄膜具有次微米之表面粗糙度,且表面存在許多奈米孔洞。橫截面顯微影像顯示,此膜與基材接觸面完整,且表面之孔洞並不會穿透至基材,代表薄膜與基材俱有良好之附著性。體外生物測試結果顯示,此薄膜俱有良好之生物相容性。
