Abstract
生成式人工智慧(Generative artificial intelligence, Gen AI)聊天機器人,chat generative pre-trained transformer(ChatGPT),是一種基於大型語言模型的自然語言處理技術(Large language model, LLMs),能以對話形式與使用者互動,執行問答、翻譯、撰寫與建議等任務。隨著技術演進,具備圖像處理能力的多模態人工智慧(Multimodal AI)出現,為營養領域帶來新的應用契機。在個人化飲食評估中,傳統飲食評估方法(如24小時飲食回憶、飲食頻率問卷與飲食紀錄)不僅耗時,也易受記憶偏差與主觀誤差影響。隨著數位健康科技的快速發展,行動應用程式、線上平台及影像辨識技術已逐步導入營養評估,提升資料收集的效率與精確度。尤其是圖像飲食評估(Image-Based Dietary Assessment, IBDA),可以透過飲食圖像與AI影像辨識技術進行食物分類與營養素估算,得以提供即時飲食回饋,展現其作為自動化飲食評估工具的潛力。然而,目前其於營養評估的應用仍相對有限,因此,本研究旨在評估多模態人工智慧聊天機器人於圖像飲食評估之準確性與表現。具體研究目標包括:(1)評估ChatGPT-4o之圖像食物辨識率(2)評估ChatGPT-4o在食物重量與 14 項營養素估算方面的一致性與可靠性(3)探討影響其表現的相關因素。
