Abstract
隨著醫學科技的進展,近二十年來全球對中醫藥的需求越發普遍,臨床上同時使用中西藥的機會也越來越高。目前已有文獻報告指出有些中草藥和西藥會產生交互作用。自1996年,臺灣中西醫藥均納入全民健康保險,病人可以自由選擇就醫科別,因此若中西醫師所開立的中西藥之間有交互作用,可能會產生不良反應。本研究即利用2000-2008年之健保資料庫,探討在同時期服用抗高血壓藥品及麻黃製劑者,其潛在性交互作用發生之比率。

根據結果顯示,納入研究之處方醫令筆數共有1,843,890筆資料,經「身分證號」歸戶後,共有423,796人納入研究中。若以醫令處方資料而言,發生潛在性交互作用者有102,440筆,佔處方總筆數之5.56%。

  未來可據此為基礎,配合文獻搜尋,定義交互作用發生之明確定義,以時間區間較廣之健保資料庫為研究對象,對其進行確立之交互作用情形分析,並可進行藥事經濟之分析。透過上述方法,以之為未來藥事執業人員與其他醫療從業人員,從事病患照護之參考,避免中西藥併用而致不良反應發生。
