Abstract
隨著醫療科技越來越發達,因此人類壽命延長,隨著人類延壽但牙齒
並沒有隨著變成更堪用,中老年後牙齒逐漸出現脫落以及其他相關病
變,於是人工牙根就成為現代人類的第三副牙齒。本研究目的是探討
SLAffinity 表面處理之人工牙根結合幹細胞療法於早期骨整合之研究,
每位病患皆植入SLAffinity 表面處理之人工牙根於下顎後牙區,總計
十一位自願者,其中一位除了接受植牙手術外配合幹細胞療法,於術
後一、二及四個月執行振動頻率測試觀察人工牙根於術後之穩定度,
並配合電腦斷層掃描之臨床檢查。其結果顯示幹細胞療法在植牙手術
後早期穩定度有明顯的影響力,骨密度有明顯之提升,SLAffinity 人
工牙根於手術四週後於臨床表現出100%的手術成功率,SLAffinity
人工牙根結合幹細胞治療提升了臨床骨整合的速率,尤其是在早期骨
整合的階段特別明顯。
