Abstract
過氧化物如2.5 %(重鉻酸鉀,鉻+ )常被用於球蟲的發育,而可加速球蟲卵囊中的母孢子囊( Sporoblast )進一步的芽孢化,而發育成二個孢子囊(胞蚴) ,似乎六價鉻在輔助生長速度上扮演重要的角色。若將傳統上以2%的福爾馬林作為蟲卵發育保存劑,改以過氧化液以進行犬蛔蟲受孕卵的保存發育劑,來加速蟲卵的發育,是否可進一步應用於縮短犬蛔蟲症動物實驗所需的時間,與受過氧化劑處理的蟲卵其感染力與致病力如何?是否對宿主誘導的免疫反應有所不同?來進行探討。本實驗主要評估犬蛔蟲受孕卵是否可於上述氧化物或過氧化物中縮短發育時間,若有的話,未來可就其受調控的基因將其選殖出,以進行基因調控的探討;此外再將上述經過氧化劑處理過已發育為內含幼蟲的感性蟲卵將之感染小鼠,以乙醚麻醉致死後摘取肝臟,肺臟,肌肉與腦部4種臟器,分析上述4種器官的病理變化與組織中之轉化生長因子- β1, GFAP表達與血管舒張神經性蛋白-物質P ( P物質, SP法)的表現情形,以評估其感染力與致病力。綜合而言:“若不論培養時間,不論2.5 % Cr6 +的氧化劑或5%, Cr3 +的氧化劑對犬蛔蟲蟲卵孵化效果顯然較作為傳統蟲卵孵育劑2.0 %福爾馬林佳,而其中又以5 % Cr3 +的孵育出的犬蛔蟲幼蟲對小鼠有較明顯的感染力與致病力。“
