Abstract
隨著資訊科技及網路技術的快速發展,數位學習的最大特色就是學習者可以不受時空限制並依自己的喜好可自主地學習,資訊科技已對學習者或授教者在教與學上產生極大的影響,目前許多醫學中心已將數位學習列為輔助教學的重要議題,而數位學習是以學習者為中心導向的學習方式,數位學習的課程內容需具備豐富且多媒體資源,讓學習者以同步或非同步的方式,學習到更多及更好的課程,對於知識的取得與分享模式較以往的學習方式更為便利。因此,網路的教學環境中,學習平台的好壞會對整個教學環境的速度與穩定性產生極大的影響,唯有良好之學習平台,才能提供使用者合適的學習課程。
因此,本研究以科技接受模式3 及Kolb 的學習風格量表3.1 版為基礎架構,來探討影響醫療數位學習平台系統使用者實際使用意圖之因素。研究結果顯示,醫院的員工在使用醫療數位學習平台時,會受到周遭同事及主管的影響,當同事或主管對此平台持有正向之評價,使用此平台的意向及知覺有用性也會大幅提昇,且會提昇使用者的地位形象;當使用者認為此平台的使用能為其得到較好的聲望後,表示此平台與醫療作業具有關聯性,使用者能展現更好的工作表現與結果,對於平台之優缺點瞭解後,能明確的告知醫院內其他之使用者,將提昇此平台的知覺有用性;醫院的使用者具備電腦自我效能、電腦焦慮及電腦有趣性,對於平台的易用性也會產生影響;當平台的有用性及易用性越高,醫院員工對其接受度將會提高,大大提昇使用醫療數位學習平台之意圖。
