Abstract
嬰兒期是生長發育的重要關鍵期,母親養育過程中母育信心、憂鬱情形及睡眠品質可能影響嬰兒生長發育,本研究主要探討母育信心、憂鬱程度、睡眠品質對嬰兒生長發育之影響。採橫斷式研究設計,以方便取樣,於北市某教學醫院小兒科門診收案,共收取220位。研究工具包括母親育兒信心量表、愛丁堡產後憂鬱量表、匹茲堡睡眠品質量表及簡易嬰幼兒睡眠量表,並測量嬰兒身高、體重、頭圍。
研究結果發現:一、母育信心平均得分為37.75±5.59分,母親憂鬱程度平均得分為7.73±4.7分,其中32.7%出現憂鬱情形,母親睡眠品質平均得分為7.27±3.29分,68.2%出現有失眠現象。嬰兒平均夜醒次數為1.87±1.2次,86.8%嬰兒有夜醒現象。二、針對所有嬰兒,母親睡眠品質、嬰兒有無夜醒與嬰兒身高、體重、頭圍呈統計上顯著差異,在嬰兒12個月時,僅母親睡眠品質與嬰兒身高、體重呈統計上顯著差異,而在嬰兒1及6個月時,各變項與嬰兒身高、體重及頭圍,無顯著差異。三、影響嬰兒生長發育之可能因子,包括有母親睡眠品質、嬰兒夜醒次數、嬰兒性別及哺餵方式。
本研究成果可提供醫護人員初步評估母育信心、憂鬱程度、睡眠品質,進一步發現潛在或高危險群之母親及嬰兒,以提供個別性衛教,減少母親照護壓力並促進嬰兒生長發育。
