Action Science Approach to Experimenting Blog for Employment of Individuals

我們利用部落格的特性與部落格中所附屬的工具來幫
助就業輔導工作，在此之前，我們藉著和精神障礙輔
導體系合作，在雙方不斷的對話之後，針對現行問題，
分成學員、就業輔導員、與機構三方面加以探討並提
出多媒體資料庫、知識管理、與公共關係等解決方案，
而在部落格的使用上，我們主要目的在於協助推廣精
障就業輔導工作，讓社會大眾重新認識身心障礙者，
了解就業輔導工作所推介的精神障礙者已經與一般人
無異，重症病患不會介紹到一般的職場上，以此種方
式協助提升精障就業輔導體系的運作成效，讓就業輔
導員在進行就業輔導工作時可以更加順利，減輕就輔
員在就業輔導工作上的壓力。
In this paper, we use the properties of Blog and the tools
of Blog to help nonprofit organizations. Before using Blog,
we work with volunteers and having conversations with
them. Then we find the problems of NPO and focus on
these problems. We categorize the problem into three
aspects. The first one is about mentally disabled. The
second one is about volunteers. The third one is about
how to introduce this organization. We use technologies
to solve these problems and consult foreign nonprofit
organizations at the same time. Then we know how to
help nonprofit organizations, and lessen the volunteer’s
pressure on their job.
