Abstract
隨著科技進步、行動網路普及和個人數位化時代來臨,借助醫療資訊科技的協助來提升醫療品質是各醫療機構積極努力的目標,參考國外執行急難互助型App應用模式,縮短心跳停止病人等待接受心肺復甦術及自動體外心臟除顫器(AED)使用時間而提升存活率,本研究為探討急難互助型App應用模式在臺灣的使用意願及可行性,使用依據「科技接受模式」為理論基礎之量性問卷來探究使用意願,研究對象為台灣北區某醫院之醫療人員、來賓等,共回收有效問卷113份,並以SPSS、Amos套裝軟體做為統計工具,後續透過深度訪談法律、醫療、科技技術等相關領域專家瞭解執行可行性及相關對策。
本研究分析結果為:1.急難互助型App應用模式之「知覺易用性」及「知覺有用性」皆會影響「使用意願」,且「知覺易用性」仍會透過「知覺有用性」對「使用意願」產生中介效果。2.法律、醫療及科技技術方面專家認為急難互助型App應用模式應可在臺灣執行,但仍要考慮App使用之地域性及普及密度。
建議研發急難互助型App,宣導正確之急救觀念並增加AED設置密度,把握黃金救護時間,以提升心跳停止病人的存活率。
