Abstract
隨著醫療科技進步與少子化影響,我國在 2025 年邁入超高齡社會,高齡者因生理功能退化,可能有攝食困難及不足問題,提高營養不良及肌少症風險,許多獨居高齡者因缺乏社會支持系統,與人互動及關懷度少,較易忽略飲食管理。本研究針對桃園某基金會北桃園地區的獨居高齡者,在不調整日常飲食內容下,每天依照喜愛搭配補充一次口飲營養補充品(Oralnutrition supplements, ONS),品項包括:沖泡粉搭配奶類飲品或豆漿,由社工每個月配送,共為期12個月。每三個月評估營養狀態包括迷你營養評估(Mini Nutritional Assessment, MNA)、體位測量、24 小時飲食回憶法以及行動能力評估(握力檢測、行走速度、椅子坐站測驗以及量測小腿圍),每六個月評估心理面指標(生活品質問卷、老人憂鬱量表簡式版)。研究果顯示,於第6個月時受試者體重與MNA分數略有減少,但骨骼肌率與握力顯著增加,整體生活品質及其生理健康與環境分數提升;憂鬱傾向分數則下降。公尺行走速度在多個時間點呈現下降趨勢。從相關性分析發現,體重、MNA分數與蛋白質攝取均與握力及行走速度呈正相關;握力與老人憂鬱量表分數則呈負相關。因此,定期補充ONS能改善獨居高齡者的肌肉力量、生理功能與生活品質,並有效降低其憂鬱傾向。
