Abstract
本研究目的是採用電腦輔助工程進行SLAffinity 表面處理之人工牙根穩定性與
應力分佈之觀察。使用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和原子力顯微鏡(AFM)觀測
SLAffinity 之表面形貌。SLAffinity 之表面之微結構通過X 射線分析其成分,而
硬度採用奈米壓痕測量。結果發現表面處理做顯著影響表面形貌與人工牙根在植
入人體下顎骨後之應力分布,由電腦輔助分析結果觀察到SLAffinity 人工牙根之
應力值相較於未經過表面處理之值體呈現顯著之低應力,SLAffinity 之奈米薄膜
被證實是擁有應力釋放之能力,SLAffinity 表面處理技術有增強骨整合之特性,
特別是應用於骨密度較差之患者。如上所述,本研究之結果顯示SLAffinity 表面
處理技術可為臨床上人工牙根手術帶來效益。
