Abstract
在高齡化社會下,台灣的失智人口不斷倍增,而現今對失智症資料的研究尚未有統合性的整理,且也沒有針對失智症為主的資料庫及系統,可以提供醫療單位或是政府進行失智症研究之參考。本研究為建立失智症資訊整合研究平台,收集北部多間區域級以上醫院失智症資料,建置臨床失智症資料庫,藉由本研究平台提供資料登錄、分析、預測等功能,輔助醫生進行相關失智症研究。

本研究平台除了提供醫生登錄失智症臨床檢測量表,亦建置多維度資料檢式模式,便於醫護人員查看資料分佈,並以性別、教育程度及簡易智能量表(Mini-Mental Status Examination, MMSE),建置類神經網路(Artificial Neural Network, ANN)預測模組來辨別阿茲海默氏症(Alzheimer’s dementia, AD)及血管型失智症(vascular dementia, VaD),期望透過本研究提供最便捷的方式預測兩不同類型失智症,對於醫護人員在臨床應用上有所依循,為失智症研究帶來更大幫助。

本失智症資訊整合研究平台為提供醫師良好的資料彙整空間,輔助醫生進行臨床失智症資料分析與預測,促進台灣地區失智症之研究。
