Abstract
本研究以智慧醫院藥局為核心,探討化療自動化調劑系統與智慧物流整合的應用與成效。隨著高齡化社會與醫療需求增加,藥局面臨人力短缺、調劑錯誤及高風險作業等挑戰。研究結合自動化、人工智慧、物聯網及機器手臂系統,期望提升藥事作業安全性與效率,並推動醫療數位轉型。採質性研究設計,透過文獻分析與醫學中心訪談,分析自動化化療配藥系統與物流搬運系統導入經驗與成效,並運用 Lewin 三階段變革模型與 BPR 理論,探討組織人員適應、流程重構與制度再設計。結果顯示,自動化化療調劑可降低約60% 的人力需求,職業暴露風險減少超過 80%,劑量準確率維持在±5% 以內,整合物流系統後可縮短配送時間並減少人工錯誤。本研究建立技術導入、流程再造與組織變革的實證分析架構,並提出智慧藥局策略建議,為醫療機構推動自動化與智慧醫院轉型提供參考,兼顧病患安全、效率與醫療品質提升。
