Abstract
本研究之目的在探討以網際網路作為醫病互動平台時,對於精神科診所之病患所造成的影響。
隨著網路普及,醫療資訊之流通與蒐集比過去方便許多,病患也越來越常在就診前後上網搜尋相關資料作為就醫之參考。此外,藉由討論區、電子郵件、部落格等管道與醫師進行互動的機會也越來越多。這些現象不但使醫病關係產生變化,更可能進而對病患之就診模式、病程預後造成影響。
截至目前為止,國內外學者多是針對『採取電子郵件作為溝通管道』進行研究,較未著墨於其他互動模式之探討,造成醫療機構、專業人員、學者對這部分的了解有所欠缺。因此,本研究將著重於『部落格互動』之探討為主,並以電子郵件之醫病互動探討為輔,採取質性研究方式對此一現象進行初步探究。
從研究結果來看,台灣精神科診所病患使用部落格留言及電子郵件與醫師互動的比率並不高,醫師並不需過度擔心因此而增加過多的業務負擔。同時也發現,網路醫病互動有助於減少個案不必要的頻繁就醫、進而減少醫療資源浪費,對於精神科病患常見的就醫順從度不高也有所助益。
然而,因診所所在區域、醫師個人理念、對醫病互動之認知等理由,造成不同醫師採取的網路醫病互動模式有極大差異。顯見網路醫病互動亟需建立共識、規範與遵循原則,而目前則只能扮演『輔助』的角色。
