Abstract
研究背景: 世界衛生組織(World Health Organization, WHO)表示全球有超過5億人患有葡萄糖-六-磷酸鹽脫氫酶缺乏症(Glucose-6-phosphate Dehydrogenase Deficiency, G6PD D),俗稱蠶豆症,在非洲、亞洲、地中海或中東血統的人中盛行率較高,台灣每100位新生兒就有2位會被篩檢出患有蠶豆症。雖大部分蠶豆症患者終其一生都不會因蠶豆症而產生臨床症狀,但相較於常人,卻有更高的風險罹患其他特定疾病。
研究目的: 本研究將運用文獻計量及可視化分析方法,整理過去從1974年1月1日至2023年12月31日與蠶豆症有關之文獻,辨識蠶豆症的研究動態、重點領域、專業發展的知識演進,促進相關領域的研究和實踐,並對未來研究歸納些許建議與方向。
研究方法: 本研究運用文獻計量學及可視化方法來分析蠶豆症(Favism)以及葡萄糖-六-磷酸鹽脫氫酶缺乏症(Glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency)的文獻。本研究使用Web of Science (WOS)作為文獻蒐集數據庫。所有文獻於2024年4月14日下載完畢。使用可視化軟體VOSviewer, Bibliometrix以及SciMAT用於分析及圖像化作者、隸屬機構、國家/地區和關鍵詞。使用Microsoft Excel進行發表年份、作者、隸屬機構、國家/地區、刊載期刊、期刊出版商、研究領域、Web of Science領域、文獻類型、贊助機構、文獻總引用次數之分析。
