Abstract
護理人員是醫院提供病人照護之基礎,亦為醫院重要的照護資源。現況而言,護理照護作業繁複且面臨人力短缺等問題。因此,為增進整體照護效率與品質,醫療院所皆大力推動各式醫療與護理資訊系統,期能經由資訊化流程與數位化內容來提升整體工作效率,增進臨床服務品質與病人安全。近年來經由相關資訊系統的建置與推動,護理人力不足已能有效地獲得舒緩,但由於各個資訊系統建置之時程不同,尚有系統間資料整合性與互通性等問題存在,造成紙本與電子作業並行,醫護資訊溝通不明確等現象產生,仍有持續改善的空間。為進一步提升護理工作效率,本研究針對合作醫院,實地調查目前護理作業流程,發掘現況問題,研擬新的護理作業流程,並整合跨系統資料,解決整體醫護作業流程問題,提升整體護理工作效率。本研究將研究對象,區分為三類:包含「內科病房」、「外科病房」,以及「加護病房」。結果顯示,新的護理工作流程,可有效地降低護理人員延遲下班時數,全院病房護理人員在2016年3月到5月間延遲下班時數由原本25,120.42小時,在2017年3月到5月間延遲下班時數下降至21,037.17小時,降低比例為16.25%。內科病房由原本平均時數25.97小時 每人/每月、系統上線後平均時數22.37小時 每人/每月, 改善率為13.86%;加護病房由原本平均時數26.38小時 每人/每月、上線後平均時數21.04小時 每人/每月,改善率為20.24%;外科單位由原本平均時數33小時 每人/每月、系統上線後降低平均時數26.78小時 每人/每月,改善率為18.85%,統計檢定皆為顯著。
