Abstract
奈米多孔性複合材(nanosprous composite)的原理來自於引導組織再生術的觀念,是藉由使用再生膜來阻隔上層軟組織,預防軟組織先長入欲重建之骨缺損區域,讓生長較慢的骨細胞可以遷移、增生,以達到骨再生成的目的,而這些痊癒的過程可由組織學上的研究發現得到印證-唯有牙周組織和牙根連接才是功能性牙周組織的再生,當牙周組織逐漸癒合時,能利用再生膜來隔絕生長速率較快的牙齦上皮細胞,並提供一個穩定的環境與生理性空間,讓生長較慢的細胞(牙骨質、牙周韌帶以及齒槽骨)保有其原有的生長區域以及其組織修復所需之時間。有鑑於此,用於引導組織再生術中的再生膜之孔洞、厚度、強度、使用材料的生物相容性等等物化性質便直接地影響引導組織再生術的最終結果。因此,如何精準地控制再生膜的孔洞、結構、物化性質等,便成為製造引導組織再生膜過程中一項重要的課題。本研究利用生物相容性極佳之複合材料做為再生膜的基材,並藉由力學性質分析、物化性質分析等驗證,以取得最佳化之再生膜條件,並可作為未來動物實驗以及臨床測試之有利依據。
