Abstract
緒論:
減效出席是近十年的職場健康新議題,定義為「即使感到身體不適,仍然前往工作」。目前,減效出席還沒有公定的理論架構,在測量上也沒有黃金標準,但多數研究均以證實,減效出席會造成極龐大的健康損失,遠超過請假、醫療支出帶來的損失,故本研究將探討主觀健康抱怨與減效出席之相關。
研究方法:
本研究將各文獻中的因子整合成一份問卷,題目均來自於各文獻所使用並驗證過的題目,在進行前測驗證後,根據其結果,簡化問卷,修正問卷內容後再度於某間通訊科技公司施測,進行本次研究。
研究結果:
結果發現,與工作效率有相關的因子,並不一定會與減效出席行為有關,並發現不同嚴重度的主觀健康抱怨,才是導致減效出席行為的最主要原因,而主觀健康抱怨是工作特性因子與減效出席之間的中介因子。
結論與建議:
隨著主觀健康抱怨嚴重度的不同,以及個人與職場相輔影響之結果,使得工作者在身體不適時,也必須持續抱病工作,從而導致生產力的下降、健康程度的惡化。因此,應有效執行健康促進,降低不適症狀的發生,並提升職場友善度,讓病人能夠安心休養,才是創造雙贏,使全民更加健康的方法。
