Abstract
lincRNAs 在基因調控面上扮演著很重要的角色,越來多越多研究顯示其功能上對疾病之顯著性,然而,去分辨出存在於生物中的lincRNAs依然是一件困難的事,因此,如何正確地辨識出lincRNA是目前重要的研究方向。本研究的目的為建立一個lincRNA的分類模型和提供lincRNA與人類序列比對及在其他物種上orthologous genes的資訊,除了針對不斷更新的lincRNA資料,能夠提供更準確的辨識工具,提供與人類高相關物種的資訊也對找出疾病影響因子更有成效。本研究利用WEKA透過組態、ORF、conservation的特徵建立分類模型,人類序列比對部分利用blast進行比對處理,orthologous genes使用HGNC輸出與人類高相關的九種物種的資訊進行比對查找。本研究建立了一套高精確的分類模型,分類模型training資料有著98.93%的正確辨識率,test資料也有97%的正確辨識率,blast會找出序列跟hg38中e-value低於0.1的序列並呈現相關性最高的序列,orthologous genes會找出在其他九種物種的同源基因並提供web server的資訊。
