孩子常被說愛打人、不合群?醫揭背後原因:不一定是教養問題

Abstract
兒童節將至,許多家長忙著準備禮物,但也有不少家庭正面臨孩子在人際互動上的困擾:容易生氣、無法排隊、排斥他人靠近,甚至出現推人或打人的行為…等,常被貼上「不合群」「過動」等標籤。臺北市立萬芳醫院復健醫學部職能治療組指出,孩子出現這些行為並非故意調皮,背後可能與「觸覺敏感」與「感覺需求高」等生理特質有關,透過個別化的職能治療介入,這類孩子的狀況多能獲得顯著改善。
