Abstract
研究背景:參與社會有助於擴展人際網絡、提升生活滿意度,如果能夠建立有意義的社群連結,這種連結不僅帶來樂趣和支持,還有助於社會資本的建構。而女性由於壽命較長等情況,相較男性更容易感到孤獨。臺灣精神健康基金會的調查顯示,孤獨感與健康狀況息息相關,呼籲建立社會連結以減輕孤獨感。社會參與是建立連結、提升幸福感的不可或缺元素,對社會的長遠繁榮有著重要的影響,而目前臺灣女性社會參與狀況長期趨勢分析的研究付之闕如,因此針對臺灣女性的社會參與狀況進行探討甚為重要。
研究目的:本研究針對臺灣15~64歲女性社會參與狀況的趨勢及類型進行探討並分析其相關因子。
研究方法:本研究使用來自衛生福利部統計司資料科學中心的「婦女生活狀況調查訪問表」問卷資料,採用民國91~104年共4次之調查資料,以SAS 9.4進行初步資料處理後,探討臺灣女性社會參與趨勢變化,以卡方檢定分析自變項間是否有顯著差異,再以羅吉斯迴歸分析辨別有無社會參與、社會參與的因子。
研究結果:四個年度社會參與率分別為91年15.55%、95年14.11%、100年19.07%、104年47.85%,平均社會參與率為33.33%,可以發現從民國95年起社會參與率有逐年提升的趨勢。在多變項羅吉斯迴歸中,除了工作狀況及從業身分外,其餘變項與有無社會參與皆有顯著關係。在宗教類型中,除了工作狀況及工作時間、工作狀況及從業身分外,其餘變項皆有顯著;志願服務類型中,有無宗教信仰及婚姻狀況沒有顯著,其餘變項皆有顯著;社會團體類型與進修學習類型各變項皆有顯著關係;其他類型中,僅有年齡、婚姻狀況、自評身心健康狀況與平均每月收入有顯著,其餘變項沒有顯著。
結論:由於不同階段的女性可能面臨生活方式轉變,因此可以更積極尋求社會和社區層面的參與,以尋找新的認同和社會連結。這不僅能增強她們的社會參與感,還能改善她們的生活品質和社會福祉。
