Abstract
背景:慢性肝疾病患者因Glutathione含量下降,使晶狀體內蛋白質受到氧化壓力。過去少有回溯性世代追蹤研究,因此,本研究目的旨在探討慢性肝疾病患者服用Silymarin對白內障風險的影響。
方法:取樣自全民健保研究資料庫之2000年承保抽樣歸人檔,以2000到2011年間被診斷為慢性肝疾病患者,透過年齡與性別配對並以1:2方式,隨機選取非慢性肝疾病患者。以Cox 比例風險模型估算白內障罹病風險與 95% 信賴區間。
結果:服用Silymarin組之白內障罹病風險比為0.83,且累積劑量超過1461 DDD下降幅度最大(p<0.001),發病時間最長為2534±662天。未服用Silymarin組之白內障罹病風險比為26.89。
結論:Silymarin可減少白內障的發生率,慢性肝疾病有增加罹患白內障的風險。
