Abstract
高血壓(Hypertension)是國內外最常見的慢性病之一。國內前十大主要死因中有半數慢性病與高血壓有密切關係,然而國內外報告皆顯示出高血壓患者的服藥遵從度不甚理想,除了忘記服藥等一般原因外;由於高血壓初期症狀並不明顯,但服用降血壓藥物所產生的副作用卻會造成身體不適,也是使得高血壓患者服藥遵從度低落的主因之一。

本研究以PDCA循環為基礎,以高血壓用藥為例,設計一應用於智慧型手機的用藥提醒系統;利用PDCA循環持續改善的概念,自動下載、擷取院內門診用藥系統中的用藥資訊,對每位病人訂定出更貼近日常生活的專屬服藥遵從度改善方針,以提升高血壓病患的服藥品質,進而協助病患穩定控制血壓。
