Abstract
背景:兒童螢幕式活動使用日漸沉迷與低齡化,因此本研究旨在探討親職教育介入對4-6歲兒童之螢幕式活動使用、睡眠品質及心理社會適應之影響。
方法:本研究分兩階段進行。第一階段為描述性研究設計,探討兒童螢幕式活動使用、睡眠品質及心理社會適應之現況。第二階段採實驗性研究設計,針對篩選出螢幕式活動使用時間≥ 2小時/天之兒童,給予介入措施,採簡單隨機群聚抽樣法分組,實驗組給予八週的親職教育介入,每週一次,每次40-50分鐘,控制組維持原本日常生活習慣,分別予介入前、後一週進行測驗。資料分析以相關分析檢測螢幕式活動使用、睡眠品質及心理社會適應之相關性,並以獨立t檢定檢測不同螢幕式活動使用時間對睡眠品質、心理社會適應之差異及有、無接受親職教育介入對螢幕式活動使用時間、睡眠品質及心理社會適應改變量之差異。
結果:兒童螢幕式活動使用總時間為108.6分鐘/天,平日使用時間為66.5分鐘/天,假日增加至150.6分鐘/天,是平日觀看電視時間之2.3倍,且隨年齡增加而增加。其次,父母與其子女螢幕式活動使用時間顯著正相關,且父母教育程度越低、職業為中低階層農、勞工者、低收入戶家庭以及隔代教養之家庭,其兒童螢幕式活動使用時間顯著增加。此外,兒童螢幕式活動使用時間與兒童睡眠品質與心理社會適應達顯著相關,尤其在睡眠品質之睡眠焦慮(r=0.07, p=0.037)、異態睡眠(r=0.11, p=0.002)、睡眠呼吸障礙(r= 0.12, p=0.001)、白天嗜睡(r= 0.11, p=0.002)等方面,以及心理社會適應之內化行為(r=0.10, p=0.003)、注意力(r=0.113, p=0.001)及外化行為(r=0.110, p=0.001)。在親職教育介入後,實驗組兒童之螢幕式活動使用時間、睡眠品質及心理社會適應顯著低於控制組織兒童。
結論:本研究結果顯示親職教育介入可能可降低兒童螢幕式活動使用時間並改善兒童睡眠品質及心理社會適應,可提供學校及家長更了解兒童螢幕使用時間與睡眠品質、心理社會適應之相關性。並提供相關親職教育介入措施參考,期望能有效降低兒童螢幕使用使用時間。
