Abstract
本研究主要係藉由光學顯微鏡(OM)、掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X光繞射儀(X-ray diffraction-XRD)、硬度測試、拉伸試驗等設備進行分析合金顯微結構與機械特性之關係性,主要開發Ti-5Zr-3Cr-2Mo之新型生醫用鈦合金。合金鍛造分別在980°C、880°C、780°C加熱,然後再進行15 %、30 % 與45 %不同鍛造率加工,結果顯示,合金經由880°C熱處理後,其顯微結構為一典型雙相結構,隨鍛造比的越高結構中α相晶粒增大,此時硬度可達HRc 42.5,熱處理溫度大於925°C,此溫度為合金變態溫度,其顯微結構變成為一單相?珛硎c組織,若鍛造比高達45%以上,其硬度最高為HRc 47,此合金熱處理之溫度在750°C,其顯微結構為α + β等軸晶組織,而硬度會較低,硬度值HRc 34.5。細胞毒性之MTT檢測結果亦顯示;Ti-5Zr-3Cr-2Mo合金不會釋出毒性金屬離子至細胞中。因此,這些結果特徵有助於進一步了解其合金之顯微結構、機械性質與生物相容性之間關係,以供牙科醫療器材產業多一項生醫用合金材料可選用。
