Abstract
骨折宿疾要留意,多年後恐致膝關節變形。一名61歲的男性因左膝關節疼痛、無法蹲跪,久而久之形成O型腿,嚴重影響日常生活而就醫。經臺北醫學大學附設醫院骨科團隊檢查,病人疼痛主因竟是10多年前骨折引起的膝關節內翻變形,嚴重可能要進行人工關節置換。醫療團隊採用新式膝關節保留手術「保膝不換膝」,成功保住膝關節,讓病人的膝關節功能與生活品質同步提升,大步邁向健康人生。
