Abstract
在含鈣,磷和矽的電解液中藉由微弧氧化(MAO)技術於純鈦表面製備低彈性生物活性塗層,並對其表面形態、粗糙度、化學成分、剛度和生物相容性進行研究。此MAO薄膜表面具有孔洞、微孔洞甚至充滿納米孔洞,該薄膜有TiO2結晶相和非晶相的產生可歸功於含有鈣,磷和矽的電解液。除此之外,經由納米壓痕檢測結果顯示其彈性模數相較於鈦金屬來的低,最後透過體外試驗證明,MAOed表面將有利於MG63類造骨細胞的附著。
