Abstract
具不同銀含量AISI 316 L不銹鋼之顯微組織特性、機械性能與抗菌機制於本研究中已經被研究清楚。本質上,淬火後之含銀合金的顯微結構是一沃斯田鐵與Ag相之混合物。當合金含銀 ≥ 0.2 wt%,其機械性能可以稍微提高因為銀相之析出強化所致。此外,含銀合金之銀相析出物的形成並不會改變其變形行為和破壞模式,含銀合金在拉伸試驗後呈現延性破裂特徵。抗菌試驗之結果揭示;含銀合金中之銀相析出物於抗菌機制中發揮關鍵之作用。銀離子可以從銀相析出物中被釋出然後殺死細菌。AISI 316 L合金之銀含量 ≥ 0.2 wt%,對金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌具有良好之抗菌性能,抗菌率近100%。因此,銀添加到AISI 316L不銹鋼中是一種有效的技術,它可以讓AISI 316L不銹鋼之抗菌性有顯著改善。
