Abstract
現代人常暴露於壓力、飲食不均衡、生活作息不正常的情況下,平時對於個人健康狀態又不多加注意,導致高血壓、糖尿病等原本常見於中老年好發的病症,現在患者及潛在患者年齡皆有下降趨勢。國內外研究皆發現,平均約有50%~60%的患者未遵行醫囑,致使治療效果打折扣,甚至引發其他疾病產生。為了改善此問題,本研究運用Health2.0的概念,設計出個人專屬的健康自主管理系統,係由本研究室先前所設計之「web-based 個人健康管理系統」[18],增加結合網路電話(VOIP)做出語音提醒的技術功能建置而成。系統內容綜合使用者就診紀錄、自行記錄之日常健康檢測數據(如血壓值、血糖值等)、服藥期間不適反應記錄、藥物不適反應查詢、藥物資訊檢索等資料,並提供圖形化數據呈現,使民眾能輕易觀察出檢測數據變化,亦可依使用者需求更改版面配置。因此本研究目的除了協助使用者掌握自身健康狀態,瞭解自己所服用之藥物與影響,可自行管理個人健康外,更期望能透過網路電話以語音提醒方式提升患者的遵醫囑性及用藥安全,落實個人化服務的概念。本研究除於原系統中增加遵醫囑用藥之提醒功能外,並完成滿意度分析之先驅研究,以瞭解系統使用意願及其影響因子,系統使用意願及其影響因子,以作為系統改善之參考,結果顯示系統使用意願為77%,若符合個人需求則優先考慮使用意願為82%,由單變項分析顯示教育程度愈高、使用電腦愈沒有壓力、認為系統功能有用或容易使用、對提醒功能愈滿意、對介面設計及成效愈滿意、對電腦操作愈有信心者,愈有使用本系統之意願;進一步經複回歸分析調整干擾因子後,僅提醒功能滿意度分數呈統計上顯著性,顯示提醒功能滿意度分數會顯著提昇對本系統之使用意願。
