Abstract
This study was to evaluate the effects of reduced masticatory muscle function on the maxillofacial suture bone growth of growing rats. Botulinum Neurotoxin type A (BTX-A) was injected as the method of reduction masticatory muscle force and further evaluation of the growing of the sutures.
