Abstract
本研究目的主要在探討某市公共衛生護理人員之工作壓力、主管支持對工作滿意的影響,以某市公共衛生護理人員為受試對象,採橫斷式相關性之研究設計,發放問卷共計198份,回收有效問卷共計129份,有效問卷回收率為65.15%。本研究問卷包含「工作壓力量表」、「主管支持量表」、「工作滿意量表」之測量,問卷資料以SPSS 21.0統計軟體進行描述及推論性統計分析,如獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸。
本研究結果顯示「主管支持」對「工作壓力」呈現低度負相關(r=-.238, p<0.01),顯示主管支持愈高則公共衛生護理人員工作壓力愈低;「工作壓力」對「工作滿意」呈現中度負相關(r=-.483, p<0.01),顯示工作壓力愈高則公共衛生護理人員工作滿意愈低;「主管支持」對「工作滿意」呈現中度正相關(r=.380, p<0.01),顯示主管支持愈高則公共衛生護理人員工作滿意愈高。因此本研究建議衛生機關應合理配置公共衛生護理人力與提供多元化身心舒壓管道,主管階層人員運用正式與非正式溝通管道增進主管支持度,以期降低其工作壓力,進而提升其工作滿意。
