Abstract
磷酸鈣鹽類(Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2),具有高度生物相容性,好的生物親和性又可引導骨生長並且在植入生物體後又可慢慢被宿主細胞代謝的優點,但其在於臨床上的應用還是有需要改善的部分,尤其是在生物體內有體液情況更是會隨著體液懸浮難以塑型。
硫酸鈣(Calcium sulfate) 是一種在生物體內快速吸收並且釋放鈣離子的骨替代物,但是卻無法提供穩定長期三D立體的支架結構,故無法有骨引導功能。同時其加水混和後並不會固化而是成糊狀,故若妥善應用有時可增加手術操作的便利性。
本實驗主要是觀察生物體內磷酸鈣鹽類(Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2)/ 硫酸鈣(Calcium sulfate)混和物,意即(Hydroxyapatite, apatitic phase) / calcium sulfate dehydrate (CSD) composite以不同的比例30/70、 50/50及70/30分別放入英國小獵犬下顎齒槽骨的小臼齒拔牙後窩槽 ,控制組維持空的什麼都沒放,觀察五週及十週,分別比較齒槽骨寬度及高度變化、組織型態觀察及分析,Hydroxyapatite, apatitic phase) / calcium sulfate dehydrate (CSD) composite比例30/70 在本研究中比較符合臨床需求。
