Abstract
目的:隨著人口老化與疾病型態改變,老人的健康照護需求亦同時擴大,日常生活都需要良好的視力,視力障礙會嚴重影響與視力相關的社會功能,及增加依賴他人的程度。本研究期望能對老人視力障礙對生活品質的影響程度與相關性進行研究,並進一步探討其人口學與相關影響因子。方法:主要採用橫斷性研究設計,於北區某醫學中心眼科門診進行問卷調查,受訪有129位,排除問卷填答不完整及基本資料漏填者,實際收案人數為 119 位,問卷有效回收率為 92.2 %。研究工具:為一結構式問卷,內容包括台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷量表(World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF-Taiwan Version, WHOQOL-BREF)、簡易精神狀態檢查量表(SPMSQ量表)、日常生活活動功能量表、工具性日常生活活動功能量表及人口學基本特質及臨床檢查資料(疾病史、視力值等)。研究結果:生理、心理、社會、環境四大範疇評分的平均值分別為13.45±2.39、13.7±2.17、14.3±1.99、14.78±1.78分(最佳20,最差4);另兩題生活品質的整體評估(G1、G4),其平均值各為3.35±0.74與3.14±0.87分;以「等級評分」,自評綜合整體視力障礙前後的生活品質(Total QOL)的平均值為65.7±16.7分及79.2±13.2分;有視力障礙者在心理範疇與生理範疇顯著低於無視力障礙者。研究結果可幫助社會大眾及老人照護者瞭解老人視力障礙對生活品質的影響,並加以重視並研擬視力保健措施以減緩老人視力惡化,以提供老年人更優質的生活品質及未來研究方向的參考資料。
